I have perhaps too many comments on the unnecessary dangers of pesticides, especially to maintain landscapes purely for aesthetic reasons. And there is more than enough proof that many pesticides are toxic to both humans and other animal and plant life. Pesticide use has been linked to the shrinking of bee populations, cancer in humans, and a whole host of other issues. Putting it actually in our food through genetic modification terrifies me.

I was only in Aurora for that banner hang, but we spent several days there and I really enjoyed it. And the police were kind enough not to arrest us!

What dismay; now there is more proof that pesticides could affect us internally from what we eat and what we perhaps are being exposed to -- any further thoughts?

BTW, Greenpeace is right in stating that Aurora, NE is a nice little town, I have been there many times - go figure.
